Need to Re-Shoot or Update:
Sometimes things don't work out perfectly the first time and a revisit by our 3D shooting team is required. That is quite alright, for a relatively small fee we are will to revisit the site and shoot what is needed.
Details:
— Re-Shoot is for a small portion of the original property, not a full reshoot unless necessary. Final approval for reshoot is determined by VRTC.
— Distance fees still apply if property is beyond 35 miles from Norcross, GA.
— New Schematic Floor Plan Updates due to reshoot will need to be repurchased.
— All floors together are delivered in one PDF
— Rooms on the property that are not scanned will not be included in the area calculation on the floor plan.
— Schematic Floor Plans are accurate to 1 to 2% of reality.
— Spaces up to 10,000 ft² are $39.99. Spaces over 10,000 ft² and less than 25,000 ft² are charged as two orders $79.99. Spaces over 25,000 ft² are not supported.
